In any StaffShare Secondment period (e.g. 3-12+ months) the employee or 'secondee' is retained under their original terms of employment contract, but work entirely with you for the period agreed to.
The present employer continues to pay the employee throughout the secondment - but you pay that employer an agreed portion of the staff costs (perhaps saving you around 50%* off skill market values).
